fun-a-day, day 16

i did almost no work on determ today.

the three things i did were:

 1. document the control codes that determ supports/needs
 2. increase the margins to 16 pixels
 3. fix a very minor selection bug related to margins

i wanted to increase the margins to create more room
for menus. i also planned to experiment with coloring
the margins differently but didn't get around to it.
