fun-a-day, day 11

today i did a few small clean up things:

 1. made terminal size configurable via .theme file.
 2. added better support for irm (insert mode)
 3. cleaned up documentation and code a bit
 4. stopped hardcoding responses to cursor position query

i had been hoping to improve line wrapping too but there
wasn't time. maybe tomorrow!
